everything comes back to football. i ran across this "fact" the other day and forgot to post it.
the redskins' last home game before the presidential election determines the outcome of the election. if they win, the incumbent stays. if the skins lose, the challenger wins.
i'm skeptical of stuff that sounds like it came from a chain letter claiming of dubious probability powers, however snopes has done my research for me. the skins have been correct on every presidential election since 1936. they've got them all listed. 17-0. at least the skins are good at something...
for the uninformed, the last homegame before the november 2nd election is sunday october 31 against the green bay packers. all you kerry supporters better find your cheesehats.
